I had a great stay at the hotel with double beds, offering a nice view of Tlalnepantla. The rooms were in good condition, providing a comfortable experience overall. However, the service could have been better due to difficulties with my booking and unhelpful staff. The location inside a shopping mall was convenient, but the dining experience left something to be desired. Despite these drawbacks, the facilities were satisfactory.
